Our Organization
With more than 200 professionals, its multiple services, machines and specialties, 13 floors, 187 beds and 7,000 m², Hôpital de la Paix is one of the largest hospitals in North Lebanon.
Defined in 1996 by its founder and Director General, Dr. Gabriel Sabeh, the mission of Hôpital de la Paix is to ensure that every patient, regardless of their category, faith or social origin, receives the best possible quality of care through an adapted, human, efficient structure, in step with progress, attentive to patients and caregivers and constantly seeking improvement.
Our Governance
Hôpital de la Paix is headed by Dr. Gabriel Sabeh, its Director General. The Director General leads the policy of the institution, he is also its legal representative.
He is assisted in his missions by a Management team which brings together representatives from each of the Hospital's departments (Care, Infection Control, Administration, Laboratory, Maintenance, etc.).
Our Management
Hôpital de la Paix demonstrates a managerial culture that aims to be close to that which is dominant in France and in many European countries, namely: decentralized, horizontal, caring and flexible management. In this framework, the professional is respected as a collaborator and individual seeking meaning at work.
The ambition is that each person can truly fulfill themselves in the context of their profession. This assumes that the hospital, in its management, gives the professional the means to fulfill themselves through support, attentive listening to their needs and interests as well as valuing their accomplishments and responsibilities at work.
Finally, this professional is part of a community of professionals within which they must be integrated and feel integrated.
