Your medical records and examination results

To obtain information about your medical file, please present yourself, with an identity card, to the Administration or the Hospital reception, Monday to Saturday, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Regarding the results of examinations carried out within the Hospital, you will be contacted by our teams who will assist you in retrieving them as quickly as possible, on site or online.
